| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar position is a must;
* Extremely creative and enthusiastic person;
* Excellent managing and leadership skills;
* Client oriented;
* Good looking;
* Excellent computer skills;
* Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
We are recruiting a Shop Manager for a chocolate shop to be opened soon.
* He / She will assist the opening of the shop, carrying out all th legal, administrative, personnel or creative issues.
* He / She will implement and maintain high standards of appearance and service inside the store according to the brand positioning.
* He / She will be in charge with all administrative or financial issues.
* He / She will work closely with marketing department, identifying and executing specific marketing tactics and forwarding the creative ideas.
