CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

University degree in Economics;
• Minimum 3 year experience in accounting field;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and of Romanian taxation system;
• Very good communication and analytical skills;
• Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
• Very good coaching skills;
• Very good PC knowledge; previous involvement in ERP implementation is an important plus.
• Good English both spoken and written;

• Ensure the compliance of the company’s accounting records with all Romanian accounting requirements as well as those of the Laederach group (Swiss GAAP FER); prepare the periodic reports requested by the Romanian accounting guidelines and coordinate the activities around certification by external auditors in order to present the realistic financial state.
• Keep track of changes in statutory tax legislation, and develop strategies based on this legislation with respect to all relevant taxation types.
• Improve and develop the accounting systems in the company especially within the framework of the ERP software used, Movex 12.5.
• Interact on behalf of the company with the Romanian authorities.
