Candidatul Ideal
Join UP! is international tour operator, which was founded in 2010. We work in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania and Czech Republic.
We are currently looking for experienced Graphic Designer in Bucharest.
Our ideal candidate has the following professional experience and skills:
- Completed higher education (preferably in the field of motion design, graphic design, art or printing).
- Min 5 years experience (can be an advantage).
- Excellent skills in working with ADOBE program package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Adobe Premiere Pro, XD). Knowledge of After Effects.
- Familiar with Canva, Chat GPT, Midjourney.
- Familiar with the latest advertising trends in the main social networks.
- Understanding the requirements of marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
- Photography / video production skills would be an added advantage.
- Good task management and time management skills.
- Creativity, attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, developed aesthetic and artistic taste.
- English - Intermediate or above.

- Creating visuals for digital marketing (web, static and dynamic banners, social media post visuals, etc.).
- Development or adaptation of advertising layouts for periodicals, outdoor advertising and online.
- Development of templates for mailings, creation of presentations in Power Point, Canva; other software.
- Adaptation of already prepared visuals for communication channels in Romanian market.
- Keeping track of current digital and marketing design trends.
- Designing advertising materials based on briefs.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager for Romania.
- Preparation of the design for marketing material used during the events (presentations, occasional covers, branded souvenirs etc.).
- Assistance to colleagues of the marketing department in the implementation of projects (preparation for exhibitions, etc.).
