| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows Applications and Operating systems (Windows ME, 2000, XP, Vista, Seven)
• Extensive knowledge of MS-Office Applications
• Knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components
• Results-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in dealing with customers is an advantage
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work part of a team as well as independently
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Offers support for German/English speaking customers
• Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues
• Active guidance and online maintenance for the customers on the phone
• Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
• Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts
• Prioritizes work based on time and complexity requirements
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation
