Collections Team Leader

Requirements:
- Fluently spoken English (German or Italian is an important asset)
- University graduate, preferably in the economical field,
- at least 3 years of working experience in collection activities or Accounts Receivable, and proven experience in coordinating teams of more than 10 people;
- Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Excel) and basic accounting knowledge; experience with Oracle/SAP is an important asset;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and customer relantionship management;
- Result oriented,
- Good problem solving skills,
- Self confident
- Able to work with deadlines.

Role: Manage the Collections Team

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-receivables management, ensure that the team meets Cash targets;
-manage team performance on customer deliverables and Genpact deliverables;
-keeping a check on the delinquency of the customer accounts, negotiating with the customer for regular & timely payments, coordinating with the Agents and Billing team researching to resolve disputes / claims.
