Candidatul Ideal

What you’ll have to do:

✅Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment;
✅Have a University Degree in Finance or Accounting;

✅2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position;
✅English knowledge proficiency;
✅Advanced SAP knowledge or other similar system would be a plus;

Finance Team Leader (BMM)

What you’ll have to do:


✅Developing and managing a diversified team of financial analysts and encouraging their continuous development;
✅Managing from an operational point of view the commercial relationship with the acquisition suppliers (setting and closing financial estimates based on agreements / negotiations between commercial teams and suppliers);
✅Ensuring that all off invoice discounts from the suppliers are timely and correctly booked into the internal systems in order to reflect their impact on the financial statements;
✅All credit notes related to off invoice discounts from suppliers are timely and correctly booked against the corresponding discounts;
✅Monitoring invoice discounts to ensure timely invoicing and payment from suppliers;
✅Ensuring the rebates are posted correctly in the rebate system according to commercial contracts;
✅Providing multi-dimensional financial analyses with the aim of helping the business to take correct decisions depending on the current results and in accordance with the company’s direction;
✅Periodic performance monitoring, together with the commercial team, aiming to analyze results and identify existing risks and opportunities for future decisions and projects;
✅The development of systems/processes/procedures that ensure a correct assessment of the business as well as its operation in an efficient and profitable way;
✅Constantly simplify workflows;
✅Performing reports analysis and identifying opportunities.
