EXPERIENCED Q&A / Tester

This position will involve intensive testing of the application that we develop for our clients.
The position will involve extensive knowledge of English and or French as well as good knowledge of automated testing tools.

- Perform quality assurance testing
- Perform functional and non-functional testing, integration
- Responsible for designing test cases and formulating structured test strategies
- Execute the test plans
- Formulating and specifying test plans, using software tools for testing and bug tracking (JIRA)
- Test software releases and developer fixes
- Provide feedback to software development team on defects

MUST HAVE:
• Working knowledge of testing Web applications and CRM product, API & Databases.
• 3+ years experience in software testing.
• Experience in all phases of the QA cycle (e.g. requirements analysis, test case identification, test scripts
authoring, execution, defect tracking, status, reporting of results)
• Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus (TestComplete)
• Oral/written communication skills in English


NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with automated testing tools at both the API and UI level
• Experience working with Linux and/or Unix Operating Systems a plus
• Experience using SQL, XML, JavaScript a plus
• Experience working in an Agile development environment a plus
• Previous programming or white box testing experience a plus
