You will…

… assist the General Manager in running the company - 12 + cake shops and their supporting activities.

… be providing the necessary documentation for our commercial points, representing the company before the national and regional authorities, and making contacts in said institutions.

… help in opening new stores, providing documentation, and working with our partners for supplying the stores.

… participate in concluding contracts with company partners, translate and summarize contracts, and communicate with our partners and providers in five + countries.

… be a part of the decision-making process in planning, implementing, and overseeing the working processes of the company.

… maintain constant communication with the employees in our stores, work on projects with other administrative colleagues, and report to management.
