• university degree in a relevant field with experience in the IT field;
• prior experience in Human Resources include, but not limited to hiring, supervising trainings, monitoring of staff;
• excellent English language skills;
• Hungarian language skills an advantage;
• good communication skills, ability to work in a team, strategic and system oriented thinking, systematic and accurate work ethic, initiative and creativity.

• advertising roles/ profiles and filtering/ checking applicants;
• conducting interviews for various positions;
• monitoring and developing training processes;
• counseling employees on company policies, benefits;
• supporting the integration of new employee;
• supporting proactively the management and the HR team in all HR processes.
