 Technical university degree in Environmental Engineering / Chemistry / Biology
 Minimum 3years of significant professional experience in environmental protection area
 Internal Auditor 14001 certificate or additional training in environmental protection area would be an advantage
 Excellent Romanian and European legislation knowledge
 Open mindedness and excellent communication skills
 Teamwork and customer focus
 Self management and planning skills
 Computer Knowledge
 Fluency in English
 Driving license B category

 Monitors, analyzes and reports the environmental performance for concrete and aggregates segment
 Defines, communicates and ensures the specific procedures implementation
 Proposes and implements action plans for improving the environmental performance
 Analyzes the environmental impact, collaborating with all the parts involved in this activity
 Maintains a strong relationship with authorities, local community and partners
 Analyzes the results and proposes new techniques for environmental performance improvement
 Organizes specific learning sessions and constantly monitors their efficiency
