IT Support 2nd line Engineer - Telecom Project

- Good oral and written English communication skills;
- Solid, hands-on understanding Windows operating systems and networking;
- Self-starter who works well both independently and in teams;
- Ability to work under deadlines;
- Willing to travel abroad and work on-site with UMTS Operator's Engineers under challenging conditions;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Wireless telecommunications, video encoding and streaming knowledge is a plus.

- Deliver technical level 1&2 support directly to Endava Partner's clients (leading UMTS operators) worldwide customer base;
- Occasional travel abroad to resolve high severity issues or assist in the deployments of the 3G video streaming software solution;
- Reproducing and providing workarounds for the issues raised by the customer;
- Work closely with QA and development team in isolating, testing and resolving software issues.
