| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are currently looking for highly focused individuals to create and structure Test Cases, build Test Plans, execute tests according to plan and report on defects, attend peer reviews of test deliverables and provide constructive criticism.
Mandatory skills:
- 3+ years experience of large system testing
- functional testing
- testing techniques
- understand the "V" model of testing
- 2+ years experience in Test Director
- 2+ years experience in WinRunner
- SQL
- Unix
- knowledge of Financial System
Desirable skills:
- RUP tools and techniques
- understanding of testing OO (J2EE) applications
- wide use of test tools

•Perform data-mining to identify data
•Build Test Plans
