Software Engineer

 Bachelors degree in Automatics and Computer Science
 Strong C and C++ programming skills
 Knowledge of communication systems: Serial comms, Ethernet, TCP/IP, Modbus
 Knowledge of real time systems and multi-tasking (Real Time Operating System principals)
 Working knowledge of Linux , Linux development tools and OS (experience in Linux or Unix would be helpful)
 Experience or knowledge of embedded systems at the application level: programs that run above the device driver level such as control (PID and Logic), monitoring and alarming, flow measurement, historical archives, and communication protocols.
 Good communication skills
 Good interpersonal skills
 Working knowledge of English is required

 Design systems and data structures for product applications.
 Conduct periodic meetings with management to establish and maintain prioritized work-to lists.
 Define computer program specifications
 Assist with training of users and install programs
 Prepare and review documentation for users, operations, and systems areas, and presents to Technical writers for finalization and publishing
 Interview users to determine design requirements
 Schedule tasks, and complete design projects assigned.
 Assist on post implementation reviews to assess efficiency and effectiveness
 Assist in the selection of hardware required
 Review project progress and report to management
