CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Economic University Degree
- 1-2 years previous experience in financial analysis or financial accounting (preferably in a multinational company)
- Good understanding of accounting terminology
- Good understanding and analysis knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet reports
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Excellent computer skills (MsExcel, accounting software, Internet, e-mailers)


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Support monthly financial review, performance reporting and POR (President Operating Report) process in all aspects, in conjunction with Region Team, Divisions and European HQ
- Support monthly Close and POR cycle and process
- Conduct analysis of countries’ P&L, headcount, asset management, balance sheet activities and cash flow performance, according to Emerson standard reporting formats
- Ensure reporting integrity of the ERP and accounting software used
- Actively participating and improving sales and inventory projection (backlog analysis / book-ship model )
- Ad hoc analysis – e.g. Headcount, Asset Management, Cost Reduction and Containment, Other Deductions/Income and Balance Sheet, performance of particular product groups
- Support and actively track investment and cost reduction programs
