| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•Excellent interpersonal skills with in-depth experience of working with employees at all levels across the organisation. Also is attuned to cultural differences and adapts style accordingly.
•Highly organised with the proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload, taking into consideration the needs and pressures of the HR and the client group.
•Work on own initiative and manage to agreed deadlines.
•Demonstrate the ability to run with issues alone but also to appropriately escalate issues when appropriate. Know when to seek support and do so in a proactive and timely way.
•Flexible and willing to get involved with all aspects of the business. Demonstrate a positive “can do” approach to both our internal and external customers.

Experience Required
•Strong HR Adviser background, demonstrated within a fast paced HR function
•Previous experience of working in an organisation where English is the business language would be advantageous.
•Competent with all MS Office, in particular Excel
•HR and Finance systems e.g. PeopleSoft and Oracle previous experience preferred
•HR and Payroll practices, processes and systems knowledge preferred
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Description of the Role:
Provide HR Adviser support to the HR Manager and management team to ensure a high level of service delivery to the business. First point of contact for all employee relation and HR issues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Relations
•Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues;
•Liaise with the HR Manager on matters relating to employee engagement, welfare and grievance and other HR issues and provide advice and guidance to managers;
•Provide advice and assistance on company policies and procedures; propose suggestions or changes to current HR practice taking into account both business and local requirements.
•Understand local employment legislation and keep up to date with all changes. Pro-actively update all HR policies and practices to reflect any legal changes and communicate these out to line managers in a timely way.
Compensation and Benefits
•Work closely with Compensation & Benefits to be able to fully understand and advise on new C&B initiatives;
•Proactively support the HR Manager to coordinate the annual appraisal process across the business
•Partner with managers on the annual performance appraisal process.
Recruitment
•Work closely with the Resourcing team to ensure that Peak hires are recruited and in place as per the needs of the business plan.
Training & Development
•Work with the business, HR Manager and EA University to identify training and development needs of people
