| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent amount of working experience in the field of Human Resources
- 5 years + working experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel with at least two years in recruitment
- Needs to demonstrate outstanding people management skills, communication skills, interviewing and assessment skills, coaching and development skills, labor law skills, workforce analysis skills, training event planning skills, organizational skills, financial management skills (P&L , budgeting etc) and IT knowledge in standard applications
- He/she needs to be able to work independently and without directions from others
- Great relationship management and presentation skills, as this position will have a heavy concentration on training and employee relations.
- Conducts self assessment to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the organization.
- Seeking candidates with bi-lingual capabilities and previous exposure and experience from a union setting.
- Reviews and approves all reviews, hires, job transfers, warning notices, counseling sessions and terminations.
- A minimum of 5 years combined general human resources and supervisory experience required; prior hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently and clearly, a second foreign language is preferred;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensures compliance with applicable Romanian labor laws
- Functions as strategic human resources business partner
- Successful implementation of standards, strategies and brand initiatives
- Develops and implements strategies to create products and services that meet and exceeds our customers’ expectations
- Training for departments on relevant Human Resources Management skills
- Implementation of training schedules, staffing guides, administrative systems (i.e. compensation)
- Assist staff with any Human Resources related issues
- Advices the General Manager and the Executive Committee of Human Resources related matters
- Acts as councilor to any person in the Hotel with regards to Human Resources matters
- Ensures the proper recruiting, interviewing, screening, reference checking and hiring procedures are followed;
- Maintains accurate associate record including personal data, tax information, performance reviews, accrued benefits, wage and salary information;
- Administers and maintains accurate records of necessary federal, state and local reports as required by the applicable laws, franchise;
- Conducts annual wage and benefit survey according to franchise guidelines;
- Monitors departament salary and hourly wage structure;
- Responsible for proper job posting procedures;
- Reviews and approves all reviews, hires, job transfer, warning notices, counseling sessions and terminations;
- Evaluate staff performance on a 90 day and annual basis;
- Reports accidents,injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to General Manager;
- Knows departament fire prevention and emergency procedures;
- Provide enthusiastic, optimistic, helpful attitude;
- Monitor the company’s performance management system. Coach all management on the methods and means of fair and cosistent performance management processes;
- Provide direction and guidance to entire hotel staff to ensure ongoing leadership development and required training is conducted under corporate compliance objectives;
