DevOps Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Docker and creating Dockerfiles.
• Expertise in developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and/or Jenkins.
• Experience with artifact management tools such as Artifactory or Nexus.
• Strong scripting skills and experience in building automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm or GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.
• Understanding of Java, Python, and .NET in a development setting.

• Pipeline Development (Mandatory): Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support software deployment processes.

• Docker and Container Management (Mandatory): Develop and maintain Docker files. Manage containerized applications to ensure efficient deployment and operation.
• Artifact Management (Mandatory): Manage artifacts using JFrog Artifactory or Sonatype Nexus Repository, ensuring secure storage and efficient retrieval of software builds.
• Scripting and Automation (Mandatory): Write scripts to automate the building of pipelines and the publication of libraries, enhancing our software delivery processes.
• Infrastructure as Code (Nice to Have): Utilize Terraform to manage and provision infrastructure through code, improving infrastructure scalability and reliability.
• Cloud Platform Operations (Nice to Have): Manage and deploy applications on Azure, ensuring optimal use of cloud resources.
• Development Knowledge (Nice to Have): Possess knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and/or .NET to better integrate with development teams.
• Kubernetes and GitOps Tools (Nice to Have): Utilize Kubernetes for orchestration and Helm, ArgoCD, or FluxCD for GitOps operations to manage deployments in a declarative manner.
