By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid set-up, from Monday to Friday, Bucharest or Brasov location.

How you’ll make an impact:

• The Service Delivery Ops Senior Analyst is responsible for daily supervision of a team ., delivery, process, business operations;
• He she manages the workload of the team, may make work assignments, and has responsibility for developing team members;
• This job also operates as a subject matter expert and may be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations;
• The job manages effective internal external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility and builds client relationships in the wider group or unit;
• This job also exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.

• Interpret day to day business objectives and prepare execute operational practices work programs. ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂Ensure proper execution of processes by team;
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities;
• Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities and provide development opportunities, when available, with assistance from supervisor or workforce planner;
• Use different tools and databases to understand team activity and results. Involved in monthly calculations and checks;
• Has recurrent meetings with all employees that are part of their direct team, prepares an agenda, listens actively, gives and documents feedback, supports the employee in career development and suggests training plan;
• Coordinates team motivation activities and runs engagement surveys to understand the needs and motivation of the team. Create plans to solve different problems at staff level;
• Identifies possible attrition risks and documents them with the help of tools provided by the company and takes actions to prevent attrition;
• Coaching mentoring skills;
• Demonstrated issue management problem solving skills;
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;
• Ability to implement new approaches, methods, alternatives, or solutions and identify potential impacts in their own as well as others area of responsibility;
• You have at least B2 French & English language skills.
