FACTORY FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

For our client, one of the world's leading players in the development, manufacture, and sale of first-class generic pharmaceuticals, with a production unit at the very heart of Bucharest, CVO Finance Recruitment is looking for a Factory Financial Controller.

Requirements:
• University degree in Finance/Controlling
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in production control and financial analysis
• Experience with Scala Software – advantage
• Experience in the pharmaceutical field – advantage
• Ability to focus both on details and on a global business view
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Fluency in English

• Interpreting the variations between actual cost vs. the standard production cost
• Preparing and interpreting the financial management reports for production: headcount report, inventory report, estimation of production value on a given time span, calculation of gross margin, consolidated reporting to the group
• Participating at the compilation of the Capex Report - investment report
• Participating at the calculation of capital costs
• Calculating production costs
• Preparing variance reports, actual vs. budget on different areas
• Follow up of the non standards production costs
• Preparing the budgeting and planning process for the production unit, for 1 and 5 years
• Preparing and supporting the financial department in London with information about the production process in Romania
