Join our Customer Service team supporting PropertyShark, a brand of our parent company, Yardi Systems Inc. Offering unparalleled property reports for both the commercial and residential sectors, PropertyShark can help real estate professionals determine when the property was developed, who owns it, its exact characteristics, up-to-date sales history, air rights, and much more.

Our business operations currently offer the following shift:

03:30 pm – 00:00 am, Tuesday – Saturday

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week.

What we're looking for:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Patient, friendly and courteous personality;
  • Professional phone skills;
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens to find the desired information;​
  • Availability to work afternoon/night shifts;
  • Fast learners, result-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills;
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients;
  • Consistently work to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Secondary education (high school) with Baccalaureate Diploma.

It is considered a plus:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role;
  • Experience with the American culture or the real estate industry.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide product and services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face. We work primarily by telephone and email. We have no scripts, and all our representatives are trained to provide professional and courteous assistance using their own words and style.

What you'll do:
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Work with potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other tools and services from our PropertyShark suite of services that may benefit the client.
  • Manage sales cycle: identify how the product can meet the customer’s needs, answer questions and explain product functionality, address any objection the customer might have and close new business or renewal of services, activities that are subjected to a commission plan.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer requests per established procedures.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
