Customer Support and Operations Specialist

For our company based in Iasi, we are looking for you as a:

Customer Support and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and reliable personality with a quick grasp and customer support background. As a member of our Operations team, you will be jointly responsible for operating and supporting our data and Application services. A basic IT background experience is very useful also.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of interface management and monitoring of the data links
• Identify, clarify, and resolve with accuracy and efficiency any issue that our customers might face with their application and data
• Identify and solve any first level technical monitoring messages, that might occur on our customer business applications
• Analysis of change notifications of the data provider and adaptation of the associated processing procedures
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools

Required technical skills and experience:
- Completed university studies (preferably in the field of Finance or Business Informatics) or comparable training with professional experience
- The ability to switch between different projects and tasks
- Experience in application management, customer support and/or IT operations
- Professional experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage
- Experience in Excel is recommended
- Structured work methodology, analytical thinking and high-quality awareness
- High level of commitment, reliability, and resilience
- Distinct customer and team orientation paired with communicative and social skills
- Good knowledge of English
