Customer Care Representative

For one of our clients, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for Customer Care Representatives.

-Fluent in English;
-Speaks also Italian;
-Electronics‚ Telecommunications and IT or similar field graduate;
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations;
-Good organizational skills and ability to proritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

-Responding to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively;
-Dealing with all correspondence as required;
-Developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of client products and services;
-Monitoring specific alarms and informing the engineers in case of major alarm;
-Filling in the customer's requirements in the ticketing system of the company.
