What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:
* Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
* Manage multichannel interactions ( voice, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
* Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people's lives
* Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
