Collection Agent

•High school diploma (University would be a plus);
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
•Attention to details, results–oriented and problem solving attitude;
•High energy, positive attitude, stress tolerance;
•Customer oriented, ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational situations;
•Fluency in English;
•Good knowledge of MS Office;
•Experience in a similar position would be plus.

•To daily monitor the accounts he/she is responsible for; to analyze the history and activity of each client in the network, from the perspective of all data available in the system;
•Inbound and outbound phone calls, inquiring about traffic monitoring;
•To receive and analyze the clients’ comments;
•To inform the clients about the value, content, overdue date and available payment methods for the issued invoices and to negotiate the payment terms and conditions.
