Descrierea jobului
- Rezolvarea solicitarilor clientilor prin e-mail, chat si apeluri
- Contactarea clientilor si promovarea produselor companiei
- Asigurarea ca toata ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀comunicarea este gestionata profesional și prompt si cu o nota umana
- Demonstrarea unor cunoștințe solide de produs pentru a ne asigura ca toate intrebarile clientilor primesc raspuns, facandu-i promotori ai companiei
- Construirea unei conexiuni calitative cu clientii și furnizarea de servicii exceptionale
