| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications and skills:
- Full university degree in civil engineering;
- Good knowledge of the provisions of Law 10/95 and subsequent Romanian Legislation;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- General computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
General Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years work experience in the field of civil construction works;
- At least 3 years experience of project management, with particular emphasis on infrastructure projects;
Specific Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience on technical supervision works;
- Has been involved in at least one project of technical supervision according to FIDIC Conditions of Contract or similar

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Report to the international Team Leader and assist him, providing professional support and training to the Team's staff and Client's staff on construction supervision issues and FIDIC Conditions of Contract. He/She will act as Resident Engineer for one rehabilitation works project in Arad, Bucharest, Turnu Magurele or Suceava County and coordintaion of other three Resident Engineers. |
