CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Civil engineering degree
-Good knowledge of English
-Knowledge of the provisions of Law 10/95 and subsequent Romanian legislation
-Significant experience (at least 7 years) in the field of civil construction, namely in infrastructures like agro-industrial parks and corresponding utilities (gas, heating, water, etc), sports facilities, sewer pipes, wastewater treatment plants, buildings rehabilitation and parking areas for buses and cars
-Experience in Project Management
-Experience in design and works supervision
-Knowledge/Experience of contract management of FIDIC based contracts
-Previous participation in international, IFI or EC projects (desirable)
