RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Support and assist on administrative, organizational, communication activities;
Support the management in various tasks / projects;
Organize and participate to management meetings (take minutes, follow up the tasks etc.);
Maintain/ update specific electronic files;
Assist in the preparation of the technical presentations and other documents;
Agenda arrangements including time schedules using MS-Outlook ;
General travel arrangements, settling of hotel & reservations ;
Support for the entire department on various matters (phone calls, translations, liaison with other departments);
On instruction of team members, keep track of various incoming documents and data base files;
Administrating the office equipment (copying-, printing-, fax-machinery; PC-infrastructure and car-fleet);
Assistance in the organization of meetings, workshops and team events;
Assist in issuing requests and other procurement documents;
Translations & interpretations during meetings;
