| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our ideal client would have:
• Excellent oral and written skills (in English), be highly numerate and have advanced report writing skills
• A high degree of computer literacy (MS Office)
• Ability to be able to compile reports and correspondence for submission to clients
• Comfortable working under pressure/ to tight deadlines
• Should be a team player with and open working style with outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity and flexibility for working across a wide geographical range.
• Experience gained in local in addition to international/ European setting would be ideal

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Identify potential offers on the market by cold calling, research, networking, recommendations and convert them into existing clients
• Collating research information and data for compiling reports
• Cooperation with clients, third party professionals and internal consultants to gather necessary data for report preparation
• Offering the most suitable properties to the received requests
• According assistance for the other team members in negotiating contracts
• Maintaining existing, and where appropriate creating, necessary systems and databases
