| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
-University degree
-Minimum 2-3 years experience required
-Good knowledge of architectural design software (Arhicad, Autocad, 3D, Photoshop)
-Good knowledge of construction finishing materials
-Good knowledge of English is mandatory |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
-Architectural-conceptions and administration of residential and/or office projects
-Exterior-interior design
-Completion of construction details
-Preparation of building presentation materials for marketing (photorealistic, renderings and layouts)
-Proposal design for new lands
-Administration of permits and authorizations (PAC,DDE,PT,PUD,PUZ)
-Client proposals for possible changes
