CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position, preferably in a production environment
- Good knowledge of the relevant legislation
- Safety and risk assessment trainings, according with Romanian legislation
Other Skills/ Abilities
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Effective communicator and good presentation skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Prepare, implement and monitor HSE procedures and work instructions; ensure compliance with the client company policy and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards;
- Act as an internal consultant for management in all HSE issues;
- Deliver HSE training to employees and safety induction for contractors employees;
- Coordinate HSE incidents investigation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
- Coordinate preventive fire-checks within the premises, in compliance with all the relevant provisions
- Coordinate all personal protective equipment policy: needs analysis, equipment provider choosing, distribution towards employees
- Develop, coordinate and deliver HSE training and educational program, as needed
- Schedule and ensure timely completion of HSE audits and inspections;
- Monitor compliance with measures adopted as a result of previous safety, fire protection, and environment audits;
- Prepare reports regarding HSE activity and performance as required;
