HR Director - Executive Position

The perfect candidate will complete the following requirements:

- 3-5 years experience in a relevant position

- University degree, MBA is a big plus

- Fluency in English is a must, interviews will be conducted in English

- Good knowledge of KPI

- Good knowledge of labor laws

- PB solver, social "intelligence", conflict solver

- Proven management skills

- Willingness to improve and develop the existing organization

- Structural knowledge of a private organization

- Communication, use of all channels

- Exposition to social agreement and/or union-employee representative

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Proposing, planning, adapting the HR Social improvements

- Establishing a program for the quality of the employees (KPI - training - follow up - management feedback)

- Recruitment - evaluation and forecasting of the company's needs

- Control and application of all HR tools

- Budgeting

- Job rotations
