CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:
•Up to 3 years of experience with a bank’s large corporate department
•Finance Graduate
• Good problem resolution skills
• Be good at multi-tasking
• Be comfortable with numbers and financial statements
• Have a fair understanding of legal documents (Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding etc.)
• Positive attitude and trustworthy

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Coordinating due diligence (financial, legal, technical, market)
• Looking after the leasing of existing properties and other issues as they may arise
• Dealing with the financial institutions that are funding the company’s acquisitions and developments with debt
• Conducting financial analysis by building financial models
• Producing management reports and investment reviews for the Board of Directors of the funds
• Offering help and support in finding and executing new transactions.
