| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- engineer in construction, MBA is a big plus
- minimum 10 years experience in Construction (Road and/or Railway and/or Tunnel Building and/or water management)
- Proven experience in Management (50-100 persons / Execution and Middle Management)
- Proficient with financial stakes on a construction project (cost killing, deadlines, claims, tender etc.)
- awareness of security and quality issues on a construction site
- strong negotiations skills, you will have to deal with all the company's subcontractors and clients
- maturity on business management |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- You will manage over a 100 persons (engineers and execution)
- You will be entrusted with running all operations of your geographical area.
- You will develop our client portfolio (Strong tendering experience is a real advantage)
- You will apply the Group HR Policy and input your expertise in management, training and technical support |
