Customer Quality Engineer

- Technical University Degree in one of the following fields: Electronics, Electro- Mechanics, Engineering
- English – advanced level speaking and writing
- Strong analytical skills with a high orientation towards detail
- Knowledge & Experience in setting up NPI & ISIR Process
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS16949)
- Experience in electronic manufacturing
- Automotive experience
- Punctual & Accurate
- Self starting

Tasks and Responsibilities:


- responsible for assigned customer(s) project(s)
- assuring that the requested quality level is achieved and maintained
- improving the quality level by taking the correct preventive and corrective actions
- documenting the quality assurance process according the customer requirements
- stimulating the quality awareness through the entire company
- set-up resources Planning (equipment/tools/training/people/technical requirements)
- setting up the ISIR Process (Initial Sample Inspection Process)
- create Monthly Quality Report for Customer
- Rootcause Analyse line rejects, taking preventive and corrective actions
- analysing customer complaints according 8D procedure and taking appropriate actions
- supporting all activities which are impacting the product- and process quality
