| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are a large multinational company just opening up its offices in Romania. For our headquarters in Bucharest, we are looking for an HR Administrative and Payroll Officer.
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Experience in general payroll administration, ideally in the retail sector
• Knowledge of the labour legislation
• Fluent in English
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Compiling and preparing payroll data and computer input, such as hours worked, sales dues to be withheld, and employee identification number, from time sheets and other records
• Recording data concerning any changes in the labour conditions of the employees
• Preparing HR reports on hours & productivity
• Ensuring the correct flow of HR information between the Central office, the shops and the external HR providers
• Collaborating in the definition of HR Administrative procedures to be applied in the shops
• Collaborating in the HR procedure of recruitment when opening new shops
• Giving administrative support to the HR Operational team
