| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The Team Leader will oversee the support operations for one of our clients.
Responsibilities will include:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
* Consulting for the Client(s) in the start-up phase of projects by performing a Due Diligence study of the needs and by delivering detailed implementation reports.
* Managing day to day operational interactions with the Client(s).
* Coordinating day-to-day activities in order to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
* Reporting on the overall performance of the Helpdesk and suggest possible areas of improvement.
CUSTOMER TEAM MANAGEMENT:
* Define and manage the tasks, roles and responsibilities of the customer teams.
* Manage staff schedules, processes, and communication to ensure best-in-practice helpdesk standards
* Define and organize processes and use of tools.
* Cooperation with other teams and external suppliers.
* People Management.

Job Requirements:
* PERFECT English + PERFECT Spanish (is a plus)
* Practical experience in a project management function or a TEAM leading position, with sufficient understanding of People management, Tools, Processes and Methodologies.
* Technical mindset.
* Able to assimilate information and learn quickly, self- study oriented.
* Easily adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures.
* Work well under stress.
* Good team-leading and good interpersonal skills.
* Good communication skills, as you will be required to cooperate with other team members, people from other teams, your clients and external suppliers.
* A solution-oriented and client-focused attitude.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Pro-active.
* Very accurate, focusing on quality.
* Well-organized and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
* Willingness to travel (10%)
* Self starter, ambitious
