| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for young and enthusiastic candidates that enjoy and can deal with the challenge of a rapidly changing work environment of a Call Center.
Our ideal candidate should be a student at Polytehnic, Telecommunications or IT.
Our requirements:
* medium computer skills Windows 2000/Xp/Vista.
* basic knowledge about telecommunication
services (IP Telephony, ADSL, VPN, Data Links)
* basic knowledge about TCP/IP and general
networking
* analytical thinking and good troubleshooting
capabilities
* good communication skills
* good command of English language, both
speaking and writing
* customer oriented
* problem solving attitude
