JOB DESCRIPTION

- Carry-out secretarial duties: schedule meetings, arrange travels, screen telephone calls, etc.
- Office management and administration
- Receives and forwards phone calls/ e-mails;
- Helps the Client Service by calling/ reaching customers
- Types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos and letters.
- Directs the phones calls and correspondence internally and externally.
- Assist the staff in the day-to-day activities: centralize and issue documents and information, coordinate and monitor certain activities;
- Providing general administrative support and completing various personal tasks as assigned
