What You Bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Romanian;
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field;
- A creative, innovative and energetic personality;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
- Experience with a wide range of digital communication tools and channels;
- Relevant work experience in Communications, PR, Social Media, Event Management;
- Over 3 years experience in a communication department.

What You Will Do:
- Develops and implement of internal and external communication strategy;
- Propose and implement communication campaigns to promote the company services;
- Constantly monitors the competition and stay up-to-date with industry news and trends;
- Develops and distributes templates and materials on various communication channels;
- Conceives and draft communication documents: press releases, invitations, social media posts, briefs, statements, speeches;
- Evaluates the performance of ongoing projects providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Organizes attendance to events (participates at preparation & negotiation of contracts, collaborates with the providers and prepares of materials required for the events)
- Creates content for internal communication, composing and editing presentations, scripts, intranet articles, e-mails, also helping other departments as needed;
- Contributes to internal events and provides support as needed.
