| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Economic / Finance University Degree, preferably in Banking or related fields.
At least 2 - 3 years in direct selling (preferably with at least 1 year experience in selling financial services / products; banking).
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Personal Qualities: honesty, reliability, flexibility, organisational skills, perseverance, career oriented.
Proficiency in English and Romanian and computer literate |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Is responsible for increasing the volume of the sales to new and existing customers (retail and corporate);
• Sells products to business establishments or individuals, utilizing the knowledge of the products / services sold.
• Complies lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from various sources;
• Establishes and maintains a liaison with key customers (retail / corporate) and provides them with information on company products or services;
• Studies customer needs and formulates written proposals for client review;
• Maintains thorough familiarity with the market, competitors and upcoming applications;
• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts;
• Conducts forecast report and update of customer list;
• Provides input to marketing as relates to specific marketing activities in the market where he / she has the responsibility;
• Analyses the feedback from the sales.
