A Managing Director (Ref.: MDRO-022)

The successful candidate will possess:
· Fluent English and native Romanian;
· Proven professional record in finance and/or internet related area (minimum 3 years);
· Understanding of the online advertising and sales market;
· Motivation and resourcefulness with strong self-starting instincts;
· Strong negotiation and budget management skills;
· Strong aptitude for determining optimal way to position the services on the local market;
· Outstanding oral and written presentation and communication skills;
· Team player and leader with the ability to multi-task.
· Multicultural bend and desire to excel in an international company environment;
· Strong belief about the exciting prospects of the Internet;
· Passion for fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

The Director will have the following responsibilities:
· Establish and manage the operations of the leading Romanian financial services portal in Romanian and English.
· Implement the strategic plan for the company within the local market.
· Supervise the marketing and sales efforts with the goal of maximizing revenues from various proprietary online services.
· Position the company as the leading financial guide on the local market and represent the company in public, the media and the financial community.
· Lead partnership negotiations with local banks and financial institutions.
· Hire, motivate and supervise a small, elite team of Marketing, Public Relations, Sales and Analyst experts (job descriptions provided separately).
· Formulate and execute strategic and operational activities to expand the company outreach.
· Manage the company budget.
· Prepare concise reports.

The Managing Director will work closely with the Regional Manager and Headquarters marketing, sales and operations teams.
