| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We need people with corporate finance experience ranging from 2 years to 8 years. The experience we are looking for is in originating and executing M&A deals and/or structured finance projects. That covers every aspect of making a deal from identifying the opportunity, selling it, considering negotiation tactics, doing valuation of the target/company for sale, negotiating terms (i.e. leading negotiations), overseeing implementation, coordinating all the other advisors.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
At the moment we are working on several positions for career corporate financiers. Our client is a blue-chip multinational company currently reconstructing its corporate finance department and the positions range from manager to director level. Pay is competitive.
