CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

•Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related area
•CISCO certification( CCNA1, CCNA2,CCNA3,CCNA4) is a must
•Minimum 1year of relevant troubleshooting experience with CISCO equipments
•Good troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Provides first level support for the CISCO network
• Proactively monitoring customer networks via the use of company s network tools
• Requires the ability to take full ownership and control of an issue without supervision, to develop and maintain excellent relationships with all our customers and partners, and to help in continuously improving the support service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining customer communications during the problem resolution
• Installing, configuring and monitoring computer systems and network cisco equipment
• Resolving Incidents and Problems
• Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time
• Conducting regular testing of networks and services in accordance with company s processes
