Romanian Market leading name in the specialised retail sector require a qualified (ACCA and/or CECCAR) commercially minded Chief Financial Officer.

Working closely with finance and the business you will deliver financial and management information, lead and develop the team along with setting strategy for the business.
Managing a team of qualified and part qualified accountants you will have operated both financial and operational exposure within the business.

Working with the development teams you will strategise plans for the business, utilising a strong brand within the market. You must be commercially aware and have experience of working cross-functionally across the business to look at cost saving Practices with profit making initiatives.

Develop company performance monitoring and reporting systems ensuring operational, IT, investment and financial functions are operating efficiently.
Working with managers you will negotiate agreements to reduce margins and drive savings, look at operating margins and work hands on with the business look to increase customer numbers and increase profits.

Being the pivotal person within finance providing leadership for the team ensuring statutory and management accounting deadlines are met, effective planning, forecasting and budgeting and robust business information reports developed to drive and support strategy.
