Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis/project management/insurance/IT;
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or economics field;
  • Experience in insurance industry (especially Billing & Collections), INSIS application, Power BI, Oracle development (represents an advantage but not a must);
  • Good working skills with extracting and analyzing data from databases and PL/SQL;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills: ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive documentation, which can be understood by both Business and IT;
  • Results and customer orientation;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Initiative, decision-making capacity and taking responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • English knowledge – medium to advance level.

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Business System Analyst with knowledge in Insurance/Financial Area, Billing & Collection, to perform system analysis, implement, improve, maintain, document, test IT applications administrated within our IT Non-Life Dev/Op Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participant in software development process, participates in business and functional analysis meetings;
  • Interpret and define business needs, translate business requirements into functional requirements understood by Business and IT, propose efficient design and solutions fitting business requirements;
  • Document business (functional) specifications.;
  • Project Management Support (follow-up of tasks, execution of CRs, escalation of incidents, validation of deliverables);
  • Coordinates UAT - user training and support;
  • Develop scenarios and cases for the testing process;
  • Provides support in managing the relationship with the internal client and external providers for changes and complex incidents.
