Business and Functional Analyst

The ideal candidate should have:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
- 1 - 2 years experience in functional analysis or IT consulting/ IT audit
- Good knowledge of MS Visio/ ARIS or other business analysis tools
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Would be an advantage:
- Experience in banking sector.
- Experience and good skills in documentation (knowledge about UML or similar, use cases, activity diagrams, data modeling).
- IT audit/consultancy related certifications (e.g. CISA)

We are looking for a professional with experience as a Business and Functional Analyst, to join our team in Bucharest. Please find below a brief description of the main activities which will be performed by the suitable candidate:

- Performing business analysis and collecting the requirements from different departments;
- Analyse and translate the business requirements and procedures into functional specifications to be followed during the application development/change processes;
- Designing test cases together with business users in order to verify that the requirements have been correctly fulfilled;
- Monitor the status of the requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle;
- Creation of appropriate technical documentation.
