CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in Computer Science or related;
- Min 5 years experience in a software development company or IT department of a telecom operator;
- Experience in managing teams for complex software development projects;
- Experience with software development of mission-critical server systems using Java, C, Oracle and Unix;
- Knowledge of mobile telecom;
- Highly developed business and commercial sense with an understanding of business administration and managing budgets;
- Excelent written and spoken English;
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
- Experience with managing customer relationship;
- Flexibility. |
