HR Consultant

Our company is in a period of expanding and developing its services on the Romanian market. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Consultant who wants to develop his career in a challenging, growing environment.

You will be responsible for identifying and realising the tasks you are in charge of a given project, considering the client’s objectives.
You will have to plan the approaches to be considered in adopting coherent solutions to accomplish the target in time and in accordance with the budget.
You will be in charge of maintaining the relationships with our clients; you will assist them during the projects and assure the high level of accuracy and quality of your work.
Also, you will be participating at the identification of new opportunities, in projects and initiatives that appear, by assisting a consultant or client’s teams.
Between your regular activities, you will prepare meetings; make regular reports, briefs and statistics.

Requirements:

- You are required to have at least a university degree
- Courses, trainings, diplomas or any other type of HR training are an advantage
- Minimum level of experience: 3 years
- Relevant experience in a multinational company or a profile consultancy company is considered to be a plus
- Very good knowledge of a foreign language (preferably French or English) is compulsory; preferably, a second foreign language
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
- Full computer literate
