Bookkeeper/Analyst

- Graduate of degrees in the financial or accounting fields
- Experience in accounting, minimum 3 years
- Knowledge of financial and accounting standards in Romania, fiscal knowledge;
- Knowledge of PC operation: Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word;
- Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level
- Dynamic person, with good adaptability
- Patience, responsibility, organization
- Good communication skills, accuracy, correctness, practical spirit
- Consistency, attention to details, adaptability
- Orientation towards solving problems

- Registration of accounting operations in compliance with financial-accounting legislation;
- Verification and registration of accounting documents in the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄accounting records program;
- Monthly verification of accounting balances;
- The correct framing of the accounted documents
- Management of internal and external suppliers
- Operation of extracts in lei and foreign currency;
- Verification of expense reports;
- Internal and external payments in the electronic system and follow-up of suppliers' due dates
- Periodic scoring with customers, suppliers, up-to-date adjustment of customer/supplier accounts and balances;
- Providing accounting information to banks, fiscal bodies and other institutions, upon request
- Carrying out the monthly closing operations and the financial-accounting exercise, under the guidance of the chief accountant
- Performs any other administrative and organizational tasks directly transmitted
